Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Europe & Americas: 10–21 business days
- Other regions: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination. A flat shipping rate of $5.00 USD applies to all international orders. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. My Store is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
